Had a right laugh at this place! Room was spot on, clean and comfy, and brekkie was lush with loads of choice. Just a bit too warm for me in the loft, but they'd sorted a fan out quick. Deffo coming back, mate!

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a great walk-in shower. Breakfast was diverse and well-cooked, providing a wonderful start to the day. some common areas needed better upkeep, and the noise from surrounding rooms could disturb sleep. if these aspects improve, it could be an excellent spot for a family getaway.

What’s great and what’s not
Wonderful hosts who offered custom breakfast options and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The location was convenient, just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and nearby amenities.
Parking can be challenging during peak times, making it somewhat inconvenient with vehicles.

Lovely stay with awesome hosts!
We had a fab time! Andy and Kat were super friendly and made brekkies that were delish. The room was spacious and clean, just a bit noisy from above—sounded like a dance party! The aquarium was a hit with my daughter. They even had special diet menus, nice touch. Parking was a bit tricky though.

We enjoyed our stay with a large group, easily accessing the fun at Skegness Model Village and the lively onsite bar for some evening games of darts. The walk-in shower was excellent, providing a refreshing start to each day.
My wife says that the kettle didn’t fit under the tap, which made it tricky for tea mornings.

Just a smart choice for a flash stay in Skegness with high value for money. The breakfast was really delicious, especially the full English with fresh fruit. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper due to noise from other rooms.
